Record Town Now Offers Pre Orders Direct to You
Record Town is SO thrilled to announce we have added the capability to place PRE ORDERS and SPECIAL ORDERS on our website! Now you can choose from literally 1000's of titles - all brand new - and have them shipped direct from the warehouse to you. We will continue to carry new titles in our store but this opens up the options for you in a way we could never achieve as a small business. More details below!

New Warehouse Direct Option
Available immediately - we have added a new link to our website where you can place Pre Orders, order New Releases and place any in-stock Special Order available in our distributor's warehouse. That means 1000's and 10000's of titles are available to be shipped directly to you!
One item to note - our warehouse uses a different shopping cart than our main website. You will need to complete separate transactions if you shop on the Warehouse Direct link and our Record Town online store link. We apologize for the inconvenience, but right now we do not have a work around.
When you click the WAREHOUSE DIRECT button you are now able to see the 1000's and 1000's of titles available to purchase from our warehouse! Note - the Warehouse Direct site uses a different shopping cart so Record Town gift cards are not recognized there and any items you placed in the Record Town main site shopping cart will not be included. Just check out using the Warehouse Direct shopping cart and then return to the main site and complete any shopping you were doing there - and yes your Record Town gift cards will work on our main site.

How Pre Orders Work
You can reserve announced titles not yet on the street by placing a Pre Order. Buying the title early gives you assurance you will receive that music when it comes out. All pre order sales are reviewed by the warehouse weekly to make sure they can fill the orders when the title is available. Often you will receive your pre order purchase the day it hits the street! if not in the day, then very soon after!
The title will no longer be available for pre order when the warehouse determines the available limit has been met.
How Special Orders Work
You can order in stock items from our warehouse too! Those will be shipped to you directly from our warehouse in super secure packaging in near nano speed! We were amazed by how fast we received our order when we were checking this out.

We stand behind our customers 100%! If you use the Warehouse Direct site and have any issue just let us know. We will take all actions available to us and if needed coordinate with the warehouse to ensure you are satisfied.
