Any issues at all, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right. We go far out of our way to correct any issues and keep you happy. We want you as a long term customer and feel offering exceptional customer service is the only way that will happen. We will refund your payment or provide an exchange - which ever method you prefer.
Damages and Issues
To start a return, please contact us through our contact form, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll work with you on how to proceed. Please save the original shipping packaging to use to send back your item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders, clearance items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. These are by far the exception.
