We think that is a great descriptive for the music of Santiago Jimenez Jr. He is a legendary Conjunto accordion player, staying true to his roots and playing his father's (Santiago Jimenez Sr.) traditional Conjunto style of music. Conjunto is a wonderful blend of German and Mexican heritage with it's birthplace in South Texas. It's a sound like no other and is distinctively Texan - musica de tejas!
