We are super excited to offer shipping worldwide!  We offer USPS and UPS services. We receive discounted shipping which we pass on to you - we charge you our actual cost with no handling fees.  Like you, we hate the high cost of shipping!

 

International customers please note: we do not include customs fees in our shipping costs, those costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $125 to US addresses!  You don't need to enter any special codes, it automatically calculates at checkout.

Secure Packaging

We take great care to pack your purchase so it arrives in perfect condition.  We use super secure Mighty Mailers for orders of 1 - 3 single LPs and larger LP mailers for larger orders. We ship our CDs in specialty packaging to protect your purchase.

Quick To Ship

We generally ship orders same or next day but please allow 1 to 3 days.  We pull online orders same day during business hours and typically provide same day availability for most in-store pick ups.

 Some Restrictions To Note

Health restrictions are still in place between the US and a list of countries (including Australia and New Zealand).  USPS International First Class (typically the most economical service internationally) is not available to these countries.  We will update our shipping policy to again include USPS International First Class as soon as the restrictions are lifted.

USPS Media Mail is restricted to shipping books and music to US addresses. It is not available when other product types are ordered.

Contact Us - We Want You To Be Happy

Customers are typically responsible for return shipping cost and are requested to use original packing materials when possible.  But please contact us if you are unhappy for any reason and we will work with you to make things right for you. 

Out of Stock or Partial Orders

We make every effort to keep our inventory accurate.  However with 1000's of titles, we might have an issue being able to fill an order on occasion - especially for vintage one-of-a-kind albums.  We will contact the customer in the event this happens and will refund payment + shipping costs for the unavailable item. If the item is available from our supplier, we will order a copy and let the customer know when we will have it available. If the availability is over 14 days from original order date, we will refund that portion of the order - unless the customer prefers to wait. 

 

We will fill partial orders and ship in-stock items immediately.  We will then ship back-ordered items as soon as they are available.  Special shipping considerations will be made on back-ordered items to take care of our customers.
